To ensure that customers are provided with the highest quality food and service, Kikusui confirms any allergies or preferences in advance and carefully selects, purchases, and preps courses before customers arrive for their reservation.

Due to a high volume of requests and to prevent overlap with reservations, we kindly ask that customers secure their booking by paying for their meal in advance.

    How to make a reservation

    • 1. An automated confirmation email will be sent to you once the request is submitted.
    • 2. My Concierge Japan will check to see if a reservation can be made on the date/time you requested.
    • 3. If seating is available, an email and URL link will be sent to you from where you can complete payment for your reservation with a credit card or PayPal. Please complete payment within 48 hours. Once payment is confirmed, an email will be sent to you to let you know that your reservation has been finalized.

    • Cancellation policy

      【For reservations of 1 to 4 guests】
      ※ 100% refund is provided for cancellations made at least 3 days before the reservation.
      ※ Any changes to the reservation details are required to be made at least 3 days in advance.
      ※ Cancellations made on the day of the reservation, a day before the reservation, or two days before the date of the reservation, will not be eligible for a refund.

      【For 5 or more guests】
      100% refund is provided for cancellations made at least 7 days before the reservation.
      ※ Any changes to the reservation details are required to be made at least 7 days in advance.
      ※ Cancellations made within 6 days of the date of the reservation, will not be eligible for a refund.

      ※Please do not be late for your reservation. Please note that we are note responsible if guests are late and the restaurant is unable to provide the whole meal/a meal due to time restraints. Please note that the restaurant may be unable to accommodate a request to change the date of the reservation and in such case, may not be able to issue a refund.

      ※Additional orders for food and drink can be made at the restaurant and are to be paid for after your meal at the restaurant.

    When making a reservation please be informed of the restaurant rules and regulations that must be followed inside the store as a counter measure for COVID-19 even after cases has decreased, such as social distancing, alcohol disinfection and wearing a mask (if required by the restaurant).
